Every good cook knows that the most important ingredient in a delectable dish is good chemistry. Chemistry determines how quickly your meal will cook, the tenderness of your meat, the strength of your coffee, the smell of your oranges. The fizz in your soda, the bounce in your jello, the mushy brown spots that appear on your apples - are all a part of the intricacies of the wonderful world of chemistry. Join us this year as we eat our way into the delicacies that science has laid out for us. Our Chemistry Club has many exciting events planned out for this year. We will be making our own cheese, visiting a rooftop urban farm, watching a movie on the dangers of processed food, and much more! Bon Appetit!
