THEME: Chemistry and Space
Chemistry is everywhere. It is not even limited to this planet. You can find chemistry just about everywhere in the universe! There is a lot of chemistry both in and relating to outer space, including the chemistry of celestial bodies and jet propellant and scientific experiments carried out on space stations. We chose to explore chemistry in space because we find it fascinating. We also wanted to celebrate the International Year of Astronomy (2009). We had many exciting events, which you can read about on our Events Page.
